綴じたときに、裏側の針がフラットな形状になる構造です。
これにより、一般のステープラーに比べ、ホチキスどめした書類を重ねてもかさばりにくくなっています。
●確実に貫通・・・金属製のステープルホルダ
「ステープルホルダ」は、ホッチキス針の形状を保持しながら最後まで貫通させる役割を担う部品です。
パワーフラットはマックス10号ホッチキス唯一の、頑丈な金属製ステープルホルダを採用しています。
芯を最後まで貫通させ、芯が途中で曲がってしまう失敗を減らします。
●高い耐久性・・・ハンドル部品の熱処理
2重テコによって負荷のかかるパワーフラットのハンドル部品は、他の10号ホッチキスには無い熱処理が施されています。
この熱処理により、強度と耐久性を実現しています。

The power flat adopts a max 10 stapler only firm metal staple holder.
I let a core penetrate till the last, and a core reduces failure twisted on the way.
●Heat-treatment of expensive durable ... steering wheel parts
As for the steering wheel parts of such a power flat of the load, the heat-treatment that there is not is put for an other 10 stapler by a double lever.
By this heat-treatment, I realize strength and the durability.
