「年金機能強化法」の一部改正によって、平成２９年８月１日より年金の受給資格期間が２５年から１０年に短縮されることとなりました。これにより、自身の年金加入期間が１０年以上ある方には、平成２９年３月より「年金請求書」が順次、日本年金機構から送付されます。 しかし、年金加入期間が１０年に満たない方には「年金請求書」が送付されません。この方々の場合は、合算対象期間（カラ期間）を調べて、本当に受給資格があるかどうかを確認しなければなりません。今後は、年金相談を受ける上で合算対象期間（カラ期間）などの正しい知識よりいっそう重要になってくるのです。 また、１０年で年金受給権が発生することとなれば、外国人労働者の相談や社会保障協定等、国内外の年金制度についての知識も必要となります。 本ＤＶＤは、改正ポイントや実務上に注意すべき事項、相談上のノウハウについて解説をしていきます。 ＜講師＞ 特定社会保険労務士　三宅明彦（みやけあきひこ）
