The groove on the main body is approximately 2.5mm, so envelopes that are too thick cannot be used as they will not fit into the groove.
A ceramic blade protrudes from the bottom to the top in the center of the body groove.
Since it has a single blade, the cutting surface of the envelope is on one side instead of both sides, so only one side of the envelope is cut and no chips are produced.
There are two slots on both the left and right sides for inserting envelopes into the groove, so it can be used by both right-handed and left-handed people.
