Refund policy

A 30 day return policy applies. This allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items that are returned to us prior to a return request will not be accepted.

Corruptions and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including perishables (such as food, fresh flowers, and plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and hygiene products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and purchase a new item separately after your return has been accepted.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a valid reason. As above, but the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refund
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and for you to be paid.
