From April 2024, the rules for clarifying working conditions will change as follows.
①すべての労働者に対し、労働契約の締結時と有期労働契約の更新時に、就業の場所、業務の変更の範囲を明示

特に有期契約労働者では、通算契約期間や更新回数の上限を設定した場合に、今回締結しようとしている契約が、その設定した期間や回数に対し、どのくらいの期間や回数の契約を更新しているのかといった管理が必要になります。
また、複数の契約期間を足して通算契約期間を算出するには、単純に足すわけにはいかず、日数は30日で1ヶ月とするように計算しなければなりません。
