Compatible with the obligation to provide documentation of changes when the construction period or contract amount changes!

On June 7, 2024, the 3rd Third Act (Act to partially amend the Construction Business Act and the Act on Promoting the Properization of Bidding and Contracts for Public Works) was enacted, and by December 2024, regarding construction work contracts, ``Contract fees, etc. in the event of a rise in material prices'' was enacted. ``The ``method of change'' of ``changes'' must be clearly stated in the contract'' and ``if a material price hike becomes apparent and the contractor proposes to discuss changing the contract in accordance with the ``method of change,'' the orderer is obligated to make efforts to respond in good faith to the discussion.''
In addition, when changes are made to the construction work, the details of the changes must be written in writing, signed or signed and sealed, and issued to each other (Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Construction Business Act).

This product serves as an order form (contract) to certify the changes if there are any changes to the contract details concluded with the existing products Construction 28-1 (construction subcontract order form, basic contract method) and Construction 29 (construction subcontract order form, individual contract method).
It has the same specifications as the familiar Kensetsu 28-1 and Kensetsu 29, and there are fields to write down the contract price and construction period for works that are likely to change, so you can create a change order that complies with the Construction Industry Act by simply filling in the necessary items.
