The second release following WAJIMA BIJOU coral (pink) and sapphire (blue) released in December 2020.
This lacquered fountain pen is a traditional craft that uses Wajima lacquer and maki-e techniques to fill in the recesses (grooves) in the main body, and then repeats painting and polishing to create a smooth, glossy surface. The main body's border, lid plug, and tail plug are finished with colored lacquer, mother-of-pearl, and pure gold powder, with the image of a bijou (jewelry).
This fountain pen itself is worthy of being called a ``Bijou'', as each pen is carefully painted and lacquered by Wajima lacquer lacquer craftsman Takuya Hino. The serial number is engraved on the lid ring with an original design, and it is equipped with Sailor fountain pen's unique large 21-karat gold nib.
There are two colors: ruby (red) and emerald (green). Only 300 pieces of each color will be sold in Japan and overseas.

Ruby
The beautiful fiery red color fills the body of those who possess it with passion, and gives them more and more energy and courage. The red color is also a symbol of warm love, and it has the power to be blessed with deep love. Furthermore, the vibrations of ruby are said to have the ability to enhance sensitivity.

Emerald
Mysterious, deep green stone emerald. This stone, which has captivated the hearts of many people since ancient times, has a very strong power of love, and is said to be effective in achieving love. It is also believed that by wearing this, people will be healed from within and gain wisdom and patience.
