Reduce the burden on companies and managers! Adapt to new ways of working!
Is your evaluation system able to "develop human resources" and "improve performance"?
The recent work environment has changed significantly due to the rapid spread of telework and online meetings due to the enforcement of the Work Style Reform Act and requests to reduce attendance rates due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and problems have arisen that cannot be dealt with by the previous personnel evaluation system.
In addition, as has been a problem for some time, many small and medium-sized enterprises have a chronic labor shortage, and there are circumstances in which managers cannot secure enough time and effort to devote to the personnel evaluation of their subordinates, so the personnel evaluation system is often a mere formality, and it is likely that it is not leading to the original purpose of "improving organizational productivity".
This product is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, and explains how to build and operate a "non-evaluation system" that does not involve superiors evaluating their subordinates as in typical personnel evaluation systems. Instead, employees keep a record of their daily achievements based on "goals" that they set together with their superiors, which increases their work autonomy. At the same time, superiors check the daily results and give advice on how to achieve the "goals." This allows employees to "improve organizational productivity," which is the original purpose of personnel evaluation.
In addition, in this "non-evaluation system," superiors do not evaluate their subordinates in the first place, so it is an evaluation system that can be adapted to new ways of working such as teleworking.
