Q. Regarding the shipping date for pre-ordered items

A. The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items will be clearly stated in the delivery information column on the product page. Please be sure to check before placing your order.
*This is only a scheduled date and the shipping date may vary. Thank you for your understanding.

Early month refers to the range from 1st to 10th.
Mid-month refers to the range from the 11th to the 20th.
Late month refers to the range from the 21st to the 31st.

 

Q. I haven't received an order confirmation email

A.If you do not receive an email from us after two business days have passed since your order is placed, it may be that there is an error in the email address you registered, or there may be a problem with your reception settings.
If you do not receive the email, please use this inquiry form to provide the full name and order number of the person placing the order.

Q. I ordered stock items and pre-order items together, but how will the shipping be?

A. Basically, all items will be shipped as soon as they are all ready to arrive, in line with the release date of the pre-ordered item.

If you would like to have a separate shipping fee, please let us know by email.

Furthermore, if you ship items that are bundled together separately, shipping costs will be required each time. Please be aware of this in advance.

Q. Shipping costs to Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands and overseas

A.
■Shipping costs to Hokkaido and Okinawa
Depending on the amount of your order, we will charge you the following shipping fees.

Hokkaido: 1,100 yen (tax included) Okinawa: 1,650 yen (tax included) Remote islands other than Hokkaido and Okinawa: 650 yen (tax included)

*Shipping to Okinawa will be made by sea. (Approximately one week from shipping to delivery) *We cannot accept requests for delivery to Okinawa at specified times.

Shipping costs 650 yen for delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands

■Shipping to overseas
The product will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart when you place your order based on the total weight, country, and region of the item you ordered. Please check before completing your order process.

Q. Regarding cash on delivery receipts

A. In the case of cash on delivery, the official receipt is the [COD slip] issued by the delivery company.
We do not issue double receipts separately.
If you need a receipt with your company name, please place your order using the recipient (address) as the company name.
The cash on delivery slip is also required as a sales proof if you receive a manufacturer's warranty, etc.
Please keep it safe.

Q. I haven't received the ordered item

A.Is the registered shipping address correct?
Have you moved?
Does the postal code and address match?
Has this been changed due to municipal mergers or other factors?
Have you entered the apartment name and room number?

There may be cases where the email address and shipping address are entered incorrectly.
We apologize, but please make sure to check carefully before registering to avoid any problems.

If the package is returned or the order is cancelled due to the customer's input errors as mentioned above, we will only charge you 1,300 yen (2 x 650 yen) round-trip shipping fees.
Furthermore, if you have asked for the correct address after returning the item and then re-ship the item, we will charge you the shipping fee for the re-shipment.
*Even if there is an incomplete delivery address, we will not ask you in advance as we cannot determine whether there is an incomplete address before shipping.

Q. Regarding issuing quotations, invoices and receipts

Q. Regarding shipping timing

A.
Items with this mark and in stock will be shipped on the same day if you place your credit card, cash on delivery, or Paypal orders before 9:29am. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

If authorization is not permitted (payment is not possible), please change to a different payment method and ship the product will be shipped once it is ready for payment.

If you pay by bank transfer, convenience store or post office, or Alipay, the item will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

If you pay by deferred payment or invoice payment, the item will be shipped only after the deferred payment screening has passed.

Pre-order items, out of stock, or order from the manufacturer will be shipped once they arrive.

*Delivery may not be possible depending on shipping status. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not accept product changes, quantity changes, or cancellations after the order confirmation email has been sent.

A. Returns and exchanges due to customer reasons such as a mistake in size, a product that is different from what you imagined, a mistake in quantity, or no longer needed are not possible.

Defective returns and exchanges for multiple items can only be made to defective products.

Q. About business hours and closing days

A.We accept online orders 24 hours a day. For inquiries by phone,
[Weekdays 10:00-16:00].
*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We will reply to inquiries via email on the same day to the next business day.
*We expect congestion to occur after the holidays due to the large number of orders being processed, so there is a possibility that the reply to inquiries and delivery dates may be slightly delayed.
