Q. About the shipping date of the reservation product

A. The scheduled shipment date of the reservation product is specified in the delivery date information column of the product page. Please be sure to check before ordering.
* It is the scheduled date and the shipping date may be different. Please note.

○ In the early month, refers to the range from 1st to 10th.
○ In the middle of the month, it refers to the range from 11th to 20th.
○ Late month refers to the range from 21st to 31st.

 

Q. Order confirmation email does not come

A. If you do not receive emails from our shop after 2 business days after ordering, you may be incorrect in the registered e -mail address, or a problem of receiving settings.
If you do not receive the email, please let us know the full name and order number of the orderer from this inquiry form.

Q. I ordered inventory and reserved products together, how will it be shipped?

A. Basically, all products will be shipped according to the release date of the reservation product.

If you wish to send an separate shipment, please let us know by e -mail.

In addition, if you ship the bundled products separately, the shipping fee is required each time. Please understand in advance.

Q. About shipping costs to Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and overseas

A.
■ Shipping to Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands
The following shipping fee will be charged depending on the order amount.

・ Purchase amount less than 3500 yen
Hokkaido: 1,100 yen (tax included) Okinawa: 1,650 yen (tax included) Remote islands other than Hokkaido and Okinawa: 650 yen (tax included)

・ Purchase amount 3500 yen or more
Hokkaido: 450 yen (tax included) Okinawa: 1,000 yen (tax included) Remote islands other than Hokkaido and Okinawa: 300 yen (tax included)

* At the time of the order completion, the shipping fee is 0 yen, but after receiving the order at our shop, the above shipping fee will be added.

* It will be shipped to Okinawa by sailing. (About one week from shipping to delivery) * Delivery to Okinawa cannot be specified.

Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands is free shipping for 550 yen or 3500 yen for shipping.

■ Shipping overseas
It will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart when ordering based on the total weight, country, and region of your ordered product. Please check before the order procedure is completed.

Q. About COD receipt

A. In the case of cash on delivery, the [cash on delivery slip] issued by the delivery company is a formal receipt.
We do not issue doubles of the receipt separately.
If you need a receipt with the company name, please place the recipient (address) as the company name.
A cash on delivery slip is also required as a sales proof when receiving a manufacturer warranty.

Q. The ordered product does not arrive

A. Is the registered delivery address correct?
Have you moved?
Does the postal code and address match?
Is it changed due to municipal merger?
Is the apartment / apartment name / room number entered?

There are also cases where entering the e -mail address / delivery address is incorrect.
Excuse me, but please check it out and register to prevent trouble.

If the luggage return or order cancellation is caused by the customer's input error as described above, only the round -trip shipping fee of 1100 yen (550 yen x 2) will be charged.
In addition, after returning the correct address after returning, if you re -ship, we will charge the shipping fee for reserving.

Q. About issuance of quotes, invoices, and receipts

* Credit card payments, bank transfer, Seven -Eleven (advance payment), Lawson, post office ATM (prepayment), etc. (prepayment) can all issue all quotes, invoices, and receipts.
* Cash on delivery, post -payment payment, cash on delivery, and bill payments can only be issued for quotes and invoices. Regarding the receipt, the receipt of the payment slip is the receipt.

Q. About the timing of shipping

Products with this mark and stock are available for credit card payments, cash on delivery, and PayPal orders until 9:29 am. (Excluding weekends and holidays)

If you become an authori NG (not payment), it will be changed to another payment method and will be shipped after payment is possible.

Bank transfer, convenience store / post office payment, and Alipay will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

In the case of postpayment and bill payment, it will be shipped after the post -payment examination has passed.

Reserved items, missing items, and manufacturers ordered will be shipped after arrival.

* Delivery may not be possible depending on the deposit status. Please note.

We do not accept products changes, quantities, or cancellations after sending your order confirmation email.
