Do you know how to respond?
Harassment problems caused by warnings are on the rise!
How should a boss respond to a problem employee so that he or she is not told, "That's power harassment" when giving a warning?
In recent years, there have been cases where the boss is too afraid of being accused of "power harassment" and is unable to give a warning, leading to the problem employee running rampant, or where the boss is provoked by a problem employee and becomes emotional, saying things that are unrelated to the warning, making the situation worse.
Dealing with problem employees and power harassment are two sides of the same coin, and one wrong response can lead to a major problem.
Therefore, this DVD explains the difference between warnings and power harassment, and what points to pay attention to when dealing with problem employees, by type.
In addition, the DVD also includes information on how to actually respond, such as preparations to make before giving a warning, a talk script for dealing with problem employees, and how to keep a record of warnings.
