今年三月，菅原诗音在东京举办了首次个展。
在这次参加目录的成员中，他是一位特别年轻的作家。
年末，从平时对杉并区周边的作家活动从不缺少检查的、眼光独到的编辑加藤郁美小姐那里，听说遇到了一位有趣的作家，这是我们认识菅原小姐的契机。
用缝直线的缝纫机绣人或动物，有时不高兴，有时冷淡，各种表情都很有个性，首先引人发笑。
以缝纫机缝纫的线条表现梵高、马蒂斯等著名画作的系列作品是压轴之作，虽然姿势和构图都保持不变，却仿佛梦境中看到的黑白影像一般，完全切换到了另一个次元的世界。
仔细观察就会发现，上线和下线不协调时产生的线积在各处都有，当然这只是计算。 在微妙地调整缝纫密度和线调的同时，活用偶然出现的线眼的不均匀，给予各角色适度的松紧度。
图案的部分，反复缝制使其硬硬地隆起，与柔和的线条形成对比的同时展现出丝线丰富的表情，这一点也让人感受到优秀的品味。
越看越觉得其中的深意让我雀跃不已，其实当时目录制作已经接近尾声了，但我还是希望能在原创作品的基础上，考虑作品的产品化 。
第一个挑战的产品作品是用亚麻布材料制作的午餐周边的小物件三种。
机器刺绣的表现，是按照程序输入重复同样的刺绣，所以作品最重要的点，即偶然的趣味性，如何制造出来是个大问题。
但是，这正是操作刺绣机器的工匠技术的厉害之处，虽然无法告知其技术诀窍，但不规则的丝线堆积，应该可以相当接近原本作品的微妙感。

Though both the pose and the composition are the same， the series that expressed a good -known picture including Gogh and Matisse who became the private exhibition theme in a line of the lockstitch replaces it secretly in the circle such as the monochrome picture see in a dream in the best part in the world of the other dimension。
